If not stated otherwise, the products of this store are being downloaded.

This is also possible at a later time. The purchased files are only available a limited time for downloading. So please backup your purchases.

If you want to download a product at a later time, please log in your account and go to your account information, where you can find a list of you purchases.

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case to case basis. If a refund is issued, the customer has to delete the respectively product from his computer. If a refund is not issued, a product of similar (less or equal) value will be offered in its place.

We do not issue refunds, if an order got processed more than once. Please continue through the whole checkout process in order to avoid double purchases. We only issue instore credits in such cases.
