Visitors: We only store your IP-Address and User-Agent (Device). Those information will be deleted automatically 15 Minutes after you left SynfulMindz

Account holders:

• Username: Everything you post on SynfulMindz will be posted under your chosen username. It's also used to login into our community area.
• Firstname, Lastname: Needed for checkout. They will be send to our payment processor, when you go through our checkout.
• E-Mail Address: Your email-address allows you to access your account. We also use it to send you updates on your orders, legal e-mails and newsletters, if you chose to subscribe to them. It's not used for any other purposes.
• Address: Needed for checkout. Your entered address will be send to our payment processor, when you go through our checkout.
• Password: Combined with your E-Mail Address/Username, it gives you access to your account.
• IP-Address and User-Agent (Device). Those information will be deleted automatically 15 Minutes after you left SynfulMindz

Some information can be changed by you later in your account settings.

Checkout

When you go through our checkout, some of the personal information you've entered during registration or changed later, will be send to our payment processor. This includes your name and address, but also the products you ordered and your total.

Account activation

From time to time we may need to limit the account registration. This means, your account, if you chose to create one, may be marked as "inactive" and we have to activate your account. With an inactive account you can add items to your shopping cart or wishlist, but you can't go through the checkout.

Shipping

If not stated otherwise, the products of this store are being downloaded.

This is also possible at a later time. The purchased files are only available a limited time for downloading. So please backup your purchases.

If you want to download a product at a later time, please log in your account and go to your account information, where you can find a list of you purchases.

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case to case basis. If a refund is issued, the customer has to delete the respectively product from his computer. If a refund is not issued, a product of similar (less or equal) value will be offered in its place.

We do not issue refunds, if an order got processed more than once. Please continue through the whole checkout process in order to avoid double purchases. We only issue instore credits in such cases.

License Agreement

Purchasing Synful Mindz products, you are purchasing a commercial license. This licence allows you to use the content in any rendered output for commercial and personal use. By purchasing, you are agreeing to our terms of use, which are defined below. Failure to comply with this agreement could result in criminal penalties and fines.

You can:

• Sell the artwork you create with any pack you purchased.

You cannot:

• Edit the textures and files to include them, in part or in whole, in another pack.

• You are not allowed to distribute the packs to the public.

• You are not allowed to upload the files to any server or allow access to the files on P2P sharing networks.

• You are not allowed to modify the items and resell or use them in online games like Second Life etc.
